Shipping Policy

Delivery Information

When you place orders that include various products, be aware that your order might be sent in more than one shipment. Generally, it takes about 0-6 business days from the day you place your order for your items to reach you. As soon as your order is placed, you'll be able to see the expected shipping and delivery timelines on the order details page. Keep in mind though, these are estimated delivery times, and sometimes there might be unexpected delays that are out of our hands- Your package could take up to 12-14 business days to arrive. If for any reason we can't seem to get your product to you on time, we'll drop you an email to explain why there's a hold-up. At this point, it's completely up to you. You can choose to cancel the order and wait a little longer for your product to arrive.

It's important to know that if the product you've ordered is out of stock, or if you instruct us to do so, your order will be cancelled especially if our delivery partners fail to deliver within the expected delivery time.

We genuinely hope that none of this gives you a hard time and while we understand such situations can be frustrating, unfortunately, we can't provide compensation for any damages or losses. Please rest assured, we work relentlessly to keep our promise of delivering your orders on time.

Return & Refund Guidelines

We're all about ensuring you have a great shopping experience with us at Rab. However, we can't accept product returns or give refunds unless these conditions are met:

  • The item was damaged during delivery.
  • There is a defect with the product.
  • The shipped item is not what you ordered.

If any of these applies to you, please send us an email with pictures of the damaged or incorrect product ASAP. Make sure you do this within our specified timeframe to get your return request accepted. If you need to return some or all of your order, that's totally fine! Just make sure to reach out to us within 48 hours of getting your items. We'll schedule the pick-up within 0-3 working days after you let us know. You can do it by dropping us an email at [email protected]. As soon as we get the product back, we'll process your refund right away. You should see the refund in your account within 24 hours.

In case you’re wondering, no returns are accepted if:

  • You've already used the product.
  • The product seal is broken.
  • The product's serial number has been tampered with.

Once we get your returned item, Rab’s Health & Wellness will take a look to determine the validity of your claim. Hope this clarifies things! Thanks a ton for your understanding and cooperation!
